Aromatherapy is the use of scents to evoke different emotions and sensationssesnsations. My bubble bath is the most sacred part of the day. Relaxing in the bath (which is much too small) and inhaling the smell of sandalwood, vanilla, jasmine, and lavender is both soothing and grounding. My aunt got me a bracelet made of lava rocks on which you can rub an essential oil and the smell lingers. She also got me lava rock earrings so the smell lingers around your nose. Unfortunately, my mom hates smells. They give her headaches. So I have to be careful where and when I use them.
